Career

My career has spanned a decade in the enterprise software industry. I have been lucky to learn a lot, while gaining a wider perspective of business. 

Sharing here some roles along the way:
  • IT Consultant, delivering Enterprise-grade ERP implementations
  • Management Consultant, conducting profitability analysis for M&A (aka due diligence)
  • Market Research Analyst, learning as much as I could about the Cloud (i.e. IaaS, PaaS and SaaS)
  • Market Strategy Consultant, establishing global partnerships to maximize distribution of the largest software companies in the world
  • Board Member, setting the goals and mechanisms for success in the nonprofit world
  • CFO for hire, helping a startup prepare for outside capital
  • Venture Capitalist, helping startups realize 99% of them don't need outside capital
  • Sales Strategist, tinkering with the Sales org in the name of growth.

This path has allowed me to gain insight from multiple perspectives: IT, marketing, finance, strategy and leadership. I'm humbled from what I've experienced so far and looking forward to learning and doing even more in the future.
