Just to clear things up, I'm referencing the film, Happy Endings.
Still digesting whether it was good or bad (right now, I'm thinking a mix of both), but I can't get over Maggie Gyllenhall's performance. This is the first time I have ever found her to be really attractive; she's always been the "kid-sister" role for me. Not here. Oozes appeal, much more than sex.
At the end she sang Billy Joel's "Just the Way You Are" (actual performance).
My thoughts went back to this week. Huge step forward.

From an earlier post about nerdy ladies, here is the full video. Just jaw-dropping.

Incredible Documentary
I highly recommend a documentary I just watched on HBO: "Sergio"
- about Sergio Vieira de Mello, the Special Representative to the Secretary-General Kofi Annan
- covers his life's work in the UN and how he died from an attack on the UN office in Iraq (2003)
Amazing.
Be well. Do good.

Presidential Bunghole
Straight from the mouth of our former President LBJ.
I'm sure that at the time, most of these comments were commonplace. It's good to see the human side of our leaders.

Fascinatingly Sexy Nerds
For whatever reason I have been subjected to a number of experts lately, all of whom are females. There is something to be said about the incredible appeal of someone who masters a subject, no pun intended.
Coupled with the inherent nerdy-ness of most of these ladies, I can't help but let my jaw drop when I see a photo like the one above, courtesy of Kempt. I need to switch environments so I have more of this kind of nerds around.
Do well, be good.

Without Sleep, I still dream
Spending the last few days on calls with Singapore until the early hours of the morning, my brain has moved from reality to surreality.
Vivid memories lost from a previous era of my life return with the full color and emotion of the day I lived them. Almost in tears for things that have been buried for months or even years, I tripped across a memory of Clooney's film last year. I was impressed with the retro-color scheme, which combined with the Spy-storyline appeals to my appreciation for James Bond, Jason Bourne, and to a much lesser degree, Mission Impossible films.
Let's just hope that the medium conveying this message doesn't self-destruct in 6 seconds.
