In the background...
Maybe it is a sign that I have lived in the city too long, but I find that the absence of noise is distracting for me. I need to have some sort of white noise in the background to seemingly "force me" to focus on one thing at a time.
Music helps. English lyrics are distracting though. House music without lyrics produce the wrong output too.
The result: foreign language.
Currently playing: French Music from Cafe de Paris.
Definitely welcome to any and all international hits, so long as I don't understand words (i.e. German, Spanish).
